Alykan Electrical Solutions was engaged by Concept Commercial Interiors to deliver end-to-end electrical solutions for Krost's new 2,554m² two-level showroom in West Melbourne.
Krost secured an iconic building near the heart of Melbourne to showcase their commercial furniture. To maintain the structural integrity and maximize the character of the space, we carefully installed lighting that met all functional requirements without detracting from the open roof space.
The highlight of this project is how seamlessly the electrical work integrates into the building. Aside from the feature pendants in key areas, the electrical and data infrastructure remains hidden.
Our scope of work included:
- Extensive switchboard work across both levels
- Electrical circuits for all meeting rooms, kitchens, showroom, and reception areas
- Specialist circuits for lifts
- Installation of numerous pendant and task lights
- Data cabinets, Wi-Fi access points, and comprehensive data cabling across both levels
Overall, this was a comprehensive project that perfectly showcases Alykan Electrical's capabilities in bringing retail showrooms to life.
