Why we love what we do

Being a part of an electrical company is about so much more than just installing power and data, it's about the thrill of the execution on a job well done. We work closely with some impressive commercial builders, talented project managers and innovative designers all over Melbourne helping bring to light (pun intended) the vision for the spaces. Our customers are mostly high end commercial builders who collaborate with designers and other trades to achieve the desired outcome for their clients. Our team has been fortunate enough to contribute to many different styles of workspaces including offices, cafes and retail stores.
Everyday brings our team new challenges that help further develop our skills. It is so fulfilling being able to watch our team grow from the start of their journey and be by their side when they complete their apprenticeship. Within the last twelve months we have had two apprentices qualify on our watch. Education is a fundamental part of our values as a company.
We pride ourselves on giving our apprentices a well-rounded education and encourage/challenge our A-grades to broaden their knowledge and skill base. We currently have 4 apprentices on our staff at different stages of their apprenticeships with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. In fact, one of our apprentices is actually school-based, this means she is completing year 12 in conjunction with commencing her apprenticeship.
We believe when you love what you do, you never stop learning and improving. Our team are constantly learning from each other. As a result of this we are able to continuously provide great quality work that we are extremely proud of.
All of our hard work pays off when we get to celebrate the wins. In August 2022 we attended the Masters Electricians Australia Awards where we were finalists in the following categories:
Women in Contracting
Apprentice of the Year
Electrician of the Year
Commercial Project of the Year
Master Electrician of the Year (Company)
We managed to walk away with wins in the State categories for Electrician of the Year and Master Electrician of the Year. Our General Manager Sally Higgs not only took out State Women in Contracting, she also came home with the National Award for 2022.
